• Driving adult tennis participation as Racquets Manager at Virgin Active with significant growth in tennis membership and rates of retention.  
• Building Junior Tennis at Virgin Active Milngavie Glasgow to record numbers ensuring that departmental revenue, profit and other performance targets were consistently achieved.  
• Private coach to one of the leading Scottish Junior's Jack Deveney a British National Champion at Under 12. 
• Performance coach at Sutton Tennis Academy in London working closely with Head of Junior Performance Shaun Malcolm and Craig Veal. 
• Trusted and inclusive coach for all ages/diversities. Former Private coach to Great British Learning Disability player Ronan Cacace.
