As a yoga teacher, therapist, wildlife and forestry conservationist, Reiki Master, and certified trauma practitioner, I have always been passionate about helping others find their inner peace and achieve their fitness goals. My interest in the fitness and sports industry stems from my desire to help people connect with their true selves while finding joy and peace in life and connection in community.
Nature has always been a significant part of my life, and I love to incorporate it into everything I do. I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, kayaking, and a multitude of other activities that allow me to connect with the natural world and nurture my body and mind.
My fitness goals are centered around constant self-improvement, while embracing who I am in the moment. I strive to grow in my practice each day so that I can share this growth with others and help them achieve their goals.
