Music plays an essential role in her classes, creating an immersive experience where movement and sound blend seamlessly. She earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2017, followed by her 500-hour certification in 2021. In addition, she holds specialty certifications in Yin, Reiki, MBSR, Aerial yoga, Myofascial release, and Pranayama. With an insatiable curiosity for learning, she remains ever engaged in deepening her knowledge and encouraging students to experience the benefits of these practices.
