I am a fitness instructor with 8 years of experience in barre, spin, and yoga. My dynamic and challenging barre classes focus on building strength through ballet and Pilates-inspired movements, while including a HIIT cardio component to tap into cardiovascular strength. My spin classes improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall body strength.
