A Licensed Social Worker, Cindy has many years of experience helping individuals with challenges such as anxiety, depression, neurodivergence and developmental disabilities. Her background and training in clinical therapy inform her teaching style. Cindy adapts her teaching to who is present in the room and invites her students to discover strength and space in their body and cultivate inner awareness of their individual practice. She enjoys the challenge of teaching a variety of classes to all levels from beginner to intermediate/advanced, and the creative process of developing new sequences and fun flows.
At BeWell IHS and for Holy Yoga Global, Cindy has provided coaching and feedback to many new instructors in training. Cindy believes that in a busy, hurt and hurried world, yoga’s integration of body mind and spirit has the potential to transform individuals and their communities.
