Stephen Zaden

I’m Matt Zaden, I’m am a CrossFit coach. I have been in CrossFit for 5 years and started coaching 2 years ago. My goal is to help other athletes see their potential and continue to coach and train. Overall goal is to become a better coach and one try to compete in the CrossFit open in masters. I have fitness goals that I’m always pushing to hit, either in the gym or kitchen.
