Alyssa Rapotez

Hi! My name is Alyssa Rapotez and I am a certified yoga instructor from Orem, Utah. I am thirty-six years old and the mom to two amazing little boys. I grew up on the beach in San Diego, California and moved to Utah after graduating college. My dad was a pilot for Delta Airlines, so I grew up traveling all of the world. During college I majored in Art History and took advantage of my flight benefits to travel alone internationally to visit museums and learn about different cultures, so travel is a very important part of my life!

I began practicing yoga in college 18 years ago, and I am so grateful that I've made my passion my career! I'm also passionate about anything that gets me and my family outside- working in my garden and especially enjoying hiking in Utah's beautiful mountains. I am a big dreamer and big believer of spreading joy and love to everyone I can, and I can't wait to see what my next adventure will be!
