Four years ago, at a Caribbean resort, she first tried yoga. Until then, her fitness routine consisted of weight training and cardio sessions. She discovered that, while cardio and weights had their benefits, yoga offered a new outlet for her energy. Captivated, she attended yoga sessions twice daily during her stay at the resort.

 

Upon returning home, she incorporated yoga into her regular workouts and found herself craving more. The idea of teaching yoga became her dream. Enrolling in Yoga Teacher Training in Bali provided her with comprehensive instruction and deeper insights into yoga, beyond what regular classes offered.

 

She aspires to further her yoga journey by teaching others. Her favorite practices include starting the day with sun salutations followed by a power yoga flow, and winding down in the evening with moon salutation followed by yin yoga practice.
