Gina Jenkins

I am a 51 year young fit and healthy mother of 3 with a zest for life. I know that the vitality I experience is a direct result of the movement I am committed to in my body and all the training I have received over the years that has me in great health. I love to travel and have missed doing so since the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. I desire to get back out there and share my passion for teaching, leading and guiding others to their most joyful life. I love teaching barre and yoga and curating classes that fit a variety of fitness levels and abilities. With many options in my cuing and a focus on safety you will come away from my practices feeling more freedom and liberation in your body and your experience the following days.
