Jamie Vargo

I have been teaching Latin, Ballroom and Social Dance for 15 years now in the Chicagoland area. I originally taught independently for 7 years until I decided to open my own adult only studio downtown Geneva IL which has now been voted Best Dance Studio for the last 5 years. Teaching 40+ a week gives me the opportunity to meet and work with  hundreds of students a month. 

My specific areas of expertise are Salsa & Bachata & Swing, however I am also well versed in Rumba, ChaCha, Hustle, Tango, Foxtrot, Waltz, and Country Line Dancing.

I have been fortunate enough to study under many champions and coaches to further my professional knowledge and I continue to study, travel and compete to bring fresh and innovative teaching to my students. Helping my students feel comfortable and have fun in any environment is my passion.
