Yoga makes me feel. It challenges me, humbles me, grounds me. It takes me out of my mind and into the moment. The connection that happens between the physical and mental bodies is something I want to share with as many people as possible. I empower my students through their breath and bodies. My classes are all levels and created to challenge you, motivate you and hold space for you. Meet me on your mat, lets grow together.
I found yoga through injury. I broke my hip when I was 18 in a car accident. At first yoga was physical for me, but after a few months of practicing I started to notice the affect it had on me mentally. Yoga reminds you to stay present, that everyone is one their own journey, you can fall 100 times and still get up and so much more. I'm grateful for this practice and honored to share it.
