Coach Sammantha is a personal trainer & nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience. Having had children at a young age, Sammantha struggled to make time for her own health and wellness. Realizing that her daily habits needed to change not only for herself - but for her children; she set forth the goal to become healthier and show her children how important it is to take care of yourself from a place of love and self-care. It was through her own struggles that she discovered her passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping others.
In her free time, Sammantha spends time with her family and enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors. She also loves house music and loves to dance & shuffle!
