Madison has devoted her career to making improved health, wellness and physical activity accessible and sustainable for people.  Creative, adaptable, and passionate about wellness, Madison is a proven advocate, trainer, and partner-coach in helping people achieve the goals that are important to them.

Madison has years of experience working with people of all ages, from adolescents to seniors. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a strength and conditioning specialist and certified personal trainer, and a registered yoga teacher, she supports people through behavior changes and supportive self-regulation that help to enrich their lives. This has so far included areas of exercise, mindfulness, connection, stress management, nourishment, restoration, meaningful work, and more. 

Madison also teaches, mentors, and writes curriculum for the Health Coach Certificate Program at Emory University.  Previously, she held various roles in the American Heart Association, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (Military Outreach Services). 

Madison has lived over 15 years in Europe as a US Army dependent, and travelled extensively.  Her latest and longest stop is Atlanta, Georgia where she also reared two sons.  She is an avid rower, weight lifter, and learner, and loves to spend volunteer time visiting others with her certified therapy dog (and guru), Chip.
