Jessica Gladden, LMSW, PhD, E-RYT-200 is a yoga teacher who uses a variety of formats to assist students in creating a stronger connection between their mind and body. She believes that yoga can be used to help create a sense of safety and calm in the body. She is trained in vinyasa, Ashtanga, yin, and trauma- informed yoga. She currently teaches yoga at multiple local studios as well as private sessions through her therapy practice at Fountain Hill Center. She also teaches social work at Western Michigan University, with a focus on body-based treatment.
