I have been teaching fitness for over 20 years. I love adventure and the outdoors. Teaching fitness brings me joy to watch participants grow and gain self confidence. I want anyone who attends my class to leave feeling successful no matter what their fitness level might be. I believe that fitness is not the way our body looks but how we take care of it.
I have taught almost all formats but cycle, I am in the process of getting Pilates Reformer certified and becoming a Breathwork Facilitator.
I am now Yoga trauma certified and I am excited to add Breathwork into my classes.
