I am originally from Georgia and currently live in Tennessee. I have been practicing yoga since 2017 and have been an instructor since 2021. I love sharing my practice with others and the clarity it brings, in the form of moving meditation. In my free time, other than yoga you can find me hiking or hanging out in a river or lake.
