My name is Sean and I am originally from Ireland but currently residing in the UK. I have gone through my own weight loss, losing 30+ kilos over the last 5 years and maintaining it while building strength and muscle. I am a passionate runner and I also enjoy, hiking, strength training, yoga and mindfulness practices such as meditation and breathwork. After going through my own journey I decided I wanted to help people achieve similar results to me so I became a certified PT in April 2020 and haven't looked back since.
