I am a 200-hr RYT who has been teaching yoga for the last 7 years. I am bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. I have been practicing yoga for the last 11 years and have always been active throughout my lifetime. I enjoy getting outdoors and moving my body. Professionally, I specialize in mindfulness-based ecotherapy, and work with clients to heal their bodies and their minds through interactions with nature. I am passionate about helping people improve their mind-body connection through yoga and meditation practices. I have been teaching yoga since 2017 and enjoy both individual as well as group class format. I have experience teaching vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga classes. I am trained to teach stand-up paddleboard yoga as well. I recently completed my 300-hr RYT and am awaiting my certificate in the mail.
