Tiagra Desrochers

My name is Tiagra, I am a Canadian who loves the sun. I have been a movement person for as long as I can remember, so finding myself working as a trainer and yoga instructor is no surprise. I love being curios in my body, as it makes me feel like the big kid I am. People should never forget to play no matter how old they are, and movement is always an easy way to come back to 'play' I love being able to share this ideology with people.
