I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher based in Austin, TX. I first came to yoga for the physical benefits in 2014, and soon discovered that my yoga mat was a place to find a sense of presence, self awareness and mind-body connection. Over time, my deep passion for yoga fueled my desire to share the practice with others, and I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Black Swan Yoga in 2022.
My goal is to deliver an authentic and inclusive yoga experience that empowers students on and off the mat to nurture their mind, body and soul. I teach vinyasa, power, and slow flow yoga. My classes combine creative sequencing, a killer playlist, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice through an all-levels flow. Expect to move, sweat and breathe. You will step off your mat feeling refreshed and balanced.
