Nathan Brennan

Studied exercise and wellness at Brigham Young University, and while I was in college, I got certified as a personal trainer on May 10, 2012. Eleven years have passed since then. I have gained invaluable experience working with clients from all backgrounds- seniors, attorneys, CEOs, small business owners, stay-at-home moms, teachers, and high school athletes. Through my years of experience, I have developed effective strategies that help my clients achieve their fitness goals and establish sustainable, healthy habits.


Whether someone is just starting out on their fitness journey or looking to enhance their current routine, I am dedicated to helping them achieve their best selves and build their body so they can look, move, and feel better.
