Delia Cooper

Delia fell in love with yoga in 2006, when she found in yoga the ability to release tightness and pain that had resulted from running injuries.  What began as a great workout, slowly transformed into a life-changing, mind-body-spirit practice. Since then, she has completed 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certification, and loves teaching Vinyasa style yoga, linking breath and movement. She is passionate about the ability of yoga to transform our lives, by finding a deeper connection to our own true selves and others.  By linking breath, movement, and mindfulness, we can find the mind-body connection that brings us clarity, compassion, love, joy, and shows us the infinite possibilities that exist within each of us.

What inspires Delia? Human beings! She is inspired and in awe of the basic goodness of humanity and our capacity for compassion, connection, and love.

In addition to sharing her love of yoga and pilates, she is a mom to three children.  When she wanders off her mat, she can be found hiking, skiing, camping, or anywhere in nature!
