About Me: Jeanise Porter

After coaching tennis for more than 10 years I realized I wanted to offer more to my students, athletes, family and myself. With my four children playing travel sports, their performance and recovery along with my own became more at the forefront. Being a single mom of four yoga has been my saving grace and I love sharing my practice with anyone and everyone. 

I completed my 200 RYT certification in Agonda, India and my approach in offering yoga is to incorporate the various modalities to high performance athletes as well as beginner and first time students. I love teaching specific poses that will help with a persons flexibility, balance, breathing, along with overall physical and mental well being.
