I discovered yoga nearly 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since!
I began practicing yoga for the physical benefits of yoga: muscle toning and improved flexibility. What I didn’t expect was the possibility for yoga to be a journey of self discovery for me. I want to help my students overcome challenges in their yoga practices that will give them the confidence to overcome challenges in their personal and professional lives. Together we find mental calmness under physical stress in yoga, which helps students to find mental calmness amidst the stress of daily life.
I have been teaching yoga since 2016 in both group and private settings. Currently, I have been teaching part-time at CorePower Yoga while pursuing my graduate degrees at MIT and Harvard.
