Hi. I've been teaching Stand up paddle board yoga for 8 years - both on hard boards on the open waters and on inflatable mats in pools.

I have my own business (iBay SUP Yoga/ibaysupyoga.com) that I run on Irondequoit Bay in Rochester, NY.

I also teach at our local YMCA's for open water SUP Yoga, pool Fitmat Yoga, and studio yoga classes.

My SUP Yoga classes are designed for all levels - novice and experienced yogis and paddle boarders.

Creating a safe, peaceful, and rewarding experience for students is a pleasure and a passion!

I received my 200 YTT through Marianne Wells Yoga School (Costa Rica 2016).

We start off low and slow to train our balance and stabilizer muscles. Challenges and advanced poses are offered for more experienced students.

Paddle Board Yoga is a great way to train students who have never paddle-boarded. It is such a reward for students to work on balance via safe, low and slow poses and then be able to stand and paddle!

I've been dedicated to yoga practice for 20 years and have been teaching for 8 years.
