200 hr yoga certification completed in 2017.
I have taught yoga at small and large fitness centers. Number of students per class varies from six to 25.
My style of teaching is a vinyasa, and the level of difficulty depends on the students in my class. I like to alter my classes per students' requests, so if they want to target a specific area or areas in the body we can focus on that.
I have a variety of playlists ranging from instrumental easy listening to fast-paced get-your-motor-running jams for when the students want a serious power yoga class.
