Sherri Jurak

Entering Act III of my life in my 60's, exploring yoga and leading others to do the same has been rewarding.  I attended a yoga retreat in February 2022 that inspired me to pursue becoming a yoga teacher.  In the Fall 2022, I became Yoga Teacher Certified with LifePower Yoga 200RYT.  My transition from being a dance teacher to a yoga teacher has been a natural one for me.  Empowering and inspiring students of all ages, sizes and at different stages of their life is a desire I am passionate about.  We all can learn something new about ourselves.  When at home, I enjoy reading and crocheting.

I have danced and performed since I was 6 years old.  In college I was a Kilgore College Rangerette Lt. and a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader.  From performer to teacher is a gift I feel fortunate to have.
