Carolyn Hickok

Hello! My name is Carrie Hickok, I am the owner of Rise Aerial Fitness LLC.  We currently have two studio locations in Illinois. I am a RYT 200 hour yoga instructor, certified barre instructor through ABT, and a certified aerial yoga instructor. I began my journey studying and teaching aerial yoga and I now currently teach vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, yoga sculpt, and barre classes weekly.
