My specialty is Yin Yoga, where I help students to access a deeper level of awareness through a mindful practice. My classes include Yin pose, vinyasa to emphasize connecting the movement with the breath and offering meditation with yoga nidra to cultivate awareness and healing.
My goal is always to provide an enjoyable and safe practice, while inspiring students to reach their fullest potential.
I have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, which allows me to create safe and effective classes for my students.
