I'm Carrie. I am a mom of 2 and a fitness professional since 2018.
I am passionate about fitness and movement and an avid runner, I ran my first marathon in 2022 in Chicago.
I currently teach group fitness classes - Spinning, metcon, bootcamps, circuits and stretch & strength classes. I curate a new playlist and program for each and every class. Currently working towards my yoga and aquafitness certifications.
