Hi! So a little about me. I have been been on a fitness journey for quite some time now. I made a commitment to myself many decades ago that I would honor my body and be good to it so it can carry me through this wonderful life we all have. I fell in love with training and what it can do for your physical well being as well as your mental well being. Fitness is such a passion of mine not only for my own health and well being but to be able to help others on their journey is a gift I am always grateful for. I have a love of moving my body and teaching others how at all stages of life they can move, grow and honor themselves and their goals. Fitness can be fun and it can be a challenge and my goal is to mix both for my clients. It has been an honor watching them meet their goals and connect with fitness to make it a sustainable part of their lives and journey. 

I have a background in Spinning as well as Group Fitness training and have been teaching spin for 4 years now! There is something about that bike that I just love to dance, move and get your hearts pumping! It is one of my favorite forms of cardio and if you know me and my class, I bring the fun and loud music! It's always a dance party! 

I am also 200 hr. yoga certified and have been practicing Ashtanga yoga for over 15 years. I decided to finally get my certification so I can share the love of yoga to my clients. Being able to bring yoga, meditation and mindfulness in another form of movement to clients always is a joy and when I see their own practice,  progress and meditation benefits they receive grow. I always say "Yoga is your practice, there is no right or wrong, good or bad, just continue to honor yourself and the rest will come"

At the end of my day, I love helping others achieve their goals, if they are new to any workout or practice or seasoned, I am always grateful that they trust me to help lead and guide them on their journey.
