Hannah has been a passionate, energetic and empathetic personal trainer for over 20 years. Her skills are continuously being improved upon through continuing education and her focus is on improving posture and stability in all clients as the first step to achieving their goals. A deep understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology allow her to develop clients core strength from within to assist in them reaching their goals and drastically improving their quality of life in all everyday tasks.
Hannah has worked with many populations from children to post partum ladies to the elderly. She appreciates the unique needs and potential constraints and contraindications of each demographic and adjusts her training to meet these requirements. Safety and results are equally important and all programs are designed for the individual. In group settings Hannah is sure to individually assess and adjust moves and instructions to fit the individuals of a group class without making the client feel singled out or less than because they are making an adjustment. Hannah teaches in both the gym and home setting as well as adjusting her classes to parks/beaches or online platforms.
Hannah inspires each and every one of her clients with her motivating predisposition and listening ear. She cares about everyone she meets and wants them all to feel their best as a primary focus hand in hand with their individual goals. Most of Hannah's clients develop a strong friendship and stay in touch way beyond the client-trainer relationship.
