Linda is a passionate RYT 200 dedicated to helping students cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through the practice of yoga. With over 10 years of personal practice and two years of teaching experience, Linda is committed to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience level.
Her journey with yoga began in 2011, as she sought relief from chronic neck and back pain. Through consistent practice, she discovered yoga’s profound impact—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. As a licensed psychotherapist, Linda deeply understands the mind-body connection and pursued her yoga certification to integrate these principles into her work with clients.
Linda is certified in Vinyasa Yoga, and has also completed a Foundations in Barre Teacher Training, recognizing how barre complements and enhances her yoga practice. She has also completed training in Yin and Yoga Nidra. Whether guiding a dynamic flow or a mindful, restorative session, she creates a supportive and empowering space for students to explore movement, breath, and inner balance.
Beyond the mat, Linda is passionate about holistic wellness and continues to deepen their practice through ongoing training and study. Their mission is to inspire others to find balance, strength, and inner peace through yoga.
