Anna Fahey

Hi, my name is Anna and I m a yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. I started practicing yoga at the age of 14 in 2001, and at 19 went to India for the first time and my life had completely changed afterwards.

I was born and raised in the center of Moscow, went to study production is show business in the university. Lived and enjoyed a very materialistic lifestyle, fashion, parties, you name it :) But after my trip in India I realized that there is something bigger and deeper in this life. I got into charity work with orphanages, started to study Vedas, looking for a true meaning of life and my purpose. 
I traveled India back and forth, lived in ashram for a year. Was practicing meditation in Himalayas, met the Dalai Lama and Karmapa. Got a BA Yoga Education degree from a top University of yoga in Bangalore (other than several yoga teacher training courses along the way). 
and was devoted only to yoga ever since. I thought group and private classes in USA, Russia (The Base by Adidas Moscow), Oman (was teaching for 8 years and opened the first yoga center in Oman “the Innerchi center”), Thailand (The Spa resort), UAE (The House of Om Dubai) and other places along my travels.

At the moment I live in Houston, Tx with my husband who is a pilot for United and my 3yo son.
