Connor Crouse

Connors fitness journey began with playing sports as grew up in Connecticut. In high school he even started training his classmates as a job. Through college, Connor privately trained others to get by. After graduating college he became a firefighter, but fitness remained a large part of his life as he still personal trained at a gym near home, which is currently Connecticut. In Connor’s spare time he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, and beaching.
