I believe fitness can be anything you want it to be and that it does not need to be something you HAVE to do, but rather something you WANT to do. I love music, and use the energy it creates to build classes that spark momentum and motivation, so that people look forward to showing up and having fun. I am very focused on form to protect the body and providing alternatives so that everyone can participate at a level they are most comfortable, or most challenged! I am known for an energetic style of teaching and an incredibly fun personality. I have been teaching classes for the past 5 years, all different formats and group sizes, and I love everything I do!
Outside of work I can be found exploring the outdoors with my dog, lifting weights, playing soccer, training for half marathons and mud runs, or working in a round of golf with my partner!
