Tammy Klinck

Tammy Klinck is from northwest  New Jersey.  She holds a BFA from Montclair State University in dance.  Tammy danced professionally as an apprentice with the Garden State Ballet, followed by dancing with several modern dance companies in the tri-state area.  She performed at such venues as Newark Symphony Hall, St. Marks Church in NYC, Grounds for Sculpture, and Merce Cunningham Studios.  

Tammy began her love of yoga under the direction of JoAnn Staugaard-Jones in 2000.  She began her exploration of different styes of yoga starting with Hatha, Birkram, and Vinyasa.  Being a natural mover and dancer, Tammy was drawn to the flow of vinyasa yoga and finally received her 200hr teacher training certificate in 2021.  Tammy continues to learn and grow in her yoga studies by attending workshops and seminars as often as she can.

Tammy sees yoga as a tool for physical and mental health which can benefit all.
