I have had a passion for fitness my entire life. In 2014, a move into a new community introduced me to a cardio-fitness boxing club where I quickly became a member. After a few years, I decided it was time to teach. I loved the workout, the way it made me feel, the community that had been created with "friends" you make at the gym, and I wanted to help others achieve their goals. I started teaching in 2018 and have never looked back. I maintain my own fitness by going to the gym 4-5 days a week, incorporating cardio and weight lifting, and always looking for new ways to challenge my body....and my mind.
I believe that understanding fitness and nutrition are essential in the aging process for both men and women, but women especially who are approaching their 40's and menopause. My goal is to help every person feel good about themselves inside and out, no matter their size and/or fitness level.
