Nick Paganelli (Pags)

Nick Pags has been a fitness professional since 2010. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Behavioral Change Specialist. He was co-owner of RIPPED Fitness, a HIIT treadmill-based boutique studio with locations in Westchester and the Upper East Side of NYC.  He specializes in HIIT, training for sport, functional training, and behavioral change. He has worked with clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds, including professional and collegiate athletes. For the last 5 years, Nick has focused his work on coaching mindset. His gift is to support people in getting out of their own way as they create the life of their dreams   

I believe that fitness is about finding your inner flex. This means truly working from the inside out.  Training the mind to reach it’s potential so that the body can follow.  To find your inner flex means to build mental strength that allows physical empowerment beyond the realm of perceived possibility.  To feel motivated and inspired to do the seemingly impossible.  To achieve success in any area of life, you must first master belief in yourself.  Truly living is about curating a life with health and wellness as the foundation. The physical aspect of training is only half the game.  The connection of the mind and body is the definition of true power.  Life-changing and lasting results do not come from workouts plans and diets; they come through habit change and training of the mind.  Any physical endeavors must first be accomplished by the mind, so that body can follow.  Feel phenomenal, do phenomenal, be phenomenal.
