Alexis Finnell

My name is Alexis Finnell, but everyone calls me Lexi! I enjoy teaching yoga 5 days a week to varying ages. I work with little kids ages 2-5 in local daycares, college students at our local university, and adults of all ages at the studio. I enjoy kids yoga, gentle yoga, and LOVE a good vinyasa flow class. I hold my 200 RYT with the yoga alliance and have had further education with trauma sensitive yoga, kids yoga, yin, meditation, chakras, and the history of yoga. I am currently enrolled in my 300 YTT program. Yoga aside, I am a mother of 2 beautiful children that I share with my husband. Born and raised in the Midwest, I am a small town girl who loves to explore the big town world. I enjoy running, chasing my kids, long hikes with my husband, and cooking.
