20 years ago I began my yoga journey and fell in love with the way it transformed my entire state of being. Discovering how yoga was a pathway to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and to share my truest self. I completed my 200 hour certification at LifePower in Scottsdale, AZ in 2011. That same year I was asked to represent Lululemon as their Ambassador for several years which provided so may incredible opportunities to teach at large community events in the valley including travel to Canada. I continue to attend conferences and trainings all over the country including a restorative yoga training from Yoga Works and most recently, a certification in sound healing.
I have deep gratitude for the opportunity to share this healing modality with all of my students. I lead my classes through a soulful vinyasa flow designed to ground and open while exploring the body’s core strength in new and challenging ways. Students are asked to move from a deep and intentional place, they find joy as breath and movement synch.
I currently teach regularly at Silverleaf Country Club in Scottsdale, serve private clients and teach at various community yoga events. Although I have been teaching for over a decade now, I continually practice to broaden the depth of my knowledge on yoga and healing and have a deep desire to share my passion for wellness with others.
