Michelle has had a passion for fitness and nutrition for the last 12 years. It started with wanting to get in shape for her wedding and then found a hidden love for fitness that was waiting to be explored. Since then, she’s completed numerous 5K and 10K runs, become a mom to 2 amazing kids and recently found a love for cycling. She is certified in group fitness instruction, Pilates and water aerobics. In her spare time you’ll find her chasing kids, baking yummy treats, and volunteering at church.
