My name is Carrie Grottle and I have been teaching group fitness for 12 years. I teach numerous formats including, step, strength training, cycling and kickboxing. I have also worked for several years managing a group fitness department that included 30 instructors and over 100 classes per week. My average class size is over 30 participants.
I truely love teaching group fitness. It has always been my passion. I enjoy educating and entertaining participants while they are getting a great work out. In my many years of experience, I have found that participants are more likely to stcik with a program if they enjoy it. I strive to provide a qualtiy class each time that includes safe exercises, education, fun and most importantly, making a personal connection with my participants.
I would love the opportunity to bring my skills to a wonderful vacation facility.
