Aundra Anderson

Aundra, a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and group fitness instructor, has been a fitness professional since 2009. In her 15+ year fitness career, she's hosted several fitness challenges, group fitness classes, and workshops. Her goal is to make movement joyful; from the moment you register for class through the cool down, Aundra provides a memorable experience. She offers a variety of group classes, like HIGH Fitness, Barre, Vinyasa, Cardio Sculpt, Boot Camp, and Yin Yoga. Her personal goal is to visit all 63 National Parks with her husband (as of 2023, they've visited 27). Aundra is a master of group fitness and loves to help people find their own version of fitness magic.

 

In addition to teaching several fitness classes each week, Aundra also hosts a weekly podcast "Confessions of a Fitness Professional" and is active on instagram and facebook, sharing movement medicine and dropping fitness knowledge.
