I teach so that my students and teachers feel confident to use yoga and meditation tools that inspire them to experience the benefits of a life-long practice. In my classes, you’ll hear lots of modifications to encourage individual expression, anatomical benefits so you know why you are trying each pose or practice, and space and silence so you have your own experience. That’s where you’ll learn and grow the most, once you develop a solid foundation and feel empowered to practice on your own. Encouraging inclusiveness, diversity, history, and supporting local studios and teachers embrace their power are what drive me.
