My name is Jen Allan and I am a self employed fitness professional since 2009. I have my personal training certification through the NASM, and train several clients throughout the week, but through my Jen's Fit Club, I teach a variety of small group training formats such as: Yoga, Barre, Kickboxing, KettleBell, Med Ball, Boot Camps, and various forms of strength, core, balance and flexibilty training. I have a passion for helping people to move better so they can live better and tap into their best life possible. I have a highly intuitive sense when training clients, whether it's one on one or working with a group of 8-10 people, where I can react and move quickly to take care of my clientele in cueing and correcting form. I am a high energy trainer and love injecting excitement and positive vibes into every session or class that I teach. I would love to bring my passion for fitness and wellness into the world of Fit Bodies, Inc on a teaching vacation sometime soon!
