Jessica Stewart

I am a U.S. Navy Veteran, a mother of 3 and a certified exercise physiologist. I'm originally from New York, the Big Apple, but currently reside in Georgia, the Peach State. It's a huge change in scenery but a huge breath of fresh air. Since my time in the service I've loved all things exercise and in 2016 I took the leap to make it a career. Since then I've helped many people transform themselves into a healthier version of themselves through exercise and creating healthy habits. I am truly passionate about what I do and how I help people.
