Stephanie Donkin

My name is Stephanie Donkin, originally from Alberta, Canada, I graduated from Western Michigna with a degree in Exercise Science. Following graduation I got my national certifications, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). I played professional golf for 2years, playing in Canada, Phoenix and on the Futures Tour. For the last year I have worked at the Jim McLean Golf Center doing general and golf specific personal training. I also work at the womens destination spa, The GREENHOUSE SPA, in Arlington, TX as a Fitness Specialist, doinig personal training, teaching aqua aerobics and giving golf lessons.
