As a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (currently going through additional 300hrs), I strive to help beginner yogis feel comfortable and develop their practice by learning essential postures ensuring a safe experience. For more seasoned practitioners, I give them ample freedom to explore poses, stay curious about all possibilities as they continue in their journey while trusting in their bodies.
Yoga is so much more than touching your toes, having perfect balance and nailing a perfect pose. It's a process that starts with your breath where you find a place to be you, just the way you are. There's no reason to hold back being who you are... all that you are... just the way you were created to be.
Paula holds a 200hr certification through Yoga Alliance and currently completing an additional 300hrs too deepen her knowledge. Paula also holds certification in PiYo by Beachbody, Barre by Barre Intensity and SOULfusion through The Choreography Club by Michele Park.
