I am a Registered Nurse & a 300 hr certified yoga instructor, a certified aerial yoga instructor, Personal Trainer, Aqua Fitness instructor, Pilates, PiYo, Core Fitness, Stretching & Mobility Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach & a certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach (for people with Parkinson's Disease).
I am certified to teach Water Aerobics, Certified Core Fitness Trainer, Dance Fitness/Zumba/HipHop Fitness, Pilates, Group Fitness/Bootcamp, Stretching& I'm CPR/AED/BLS certified. I believe in a holistic approach to life & health. I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their fitness goals regardless of age, illness, or disability.
I currently am teaching yoga (all types including chair, aerial, hatha, vinyasa, asana, & restorative), water aerobics, Pilates, Core, Back, Balance, & Stretching & Mobility, & I do some personal training (upon request) at the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana & with the Veterans Association. I am also a member of the Yoga Alliance Association.
Laura is a multifaceted health professional committed to holistic wellness. With certifications in nursing, real estate, and a range of fitness disciplines including yoga, Pilates, group fitness, and dance fitness, she empowers individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their fitness goals. Teaching various classes at the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana and with the Veterans Association, Laura's dedication to her community's well-being is evident in her diverse offerings and holistic approach to health.
